Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Chicago, Illinois.
Duties:
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, and critical path activities in collaboration with multiple workgroups
- Establish governance frameworks and actively engage key stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability
- Create and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, constraints, and dependencies
- Ensure successful delivery of project milestones, deliverables, and expected business benefits
- Partner with business teams to drive adoption of processes and procedures for digital transformation (DT) initiatives
- Manage key project activities, resource requirements, and interdependencies across projects
- Track and report on project/program performance to teams, stakeholders, and leadership
- Adapt and tailor presentations to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall project and organizational objectives
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of project management experience, including
- 6+ years leading digital transformation projects using Agile methodologies
- 4+ years of Agile project management experience
- 2+ years in Agile portfolio governance and management
- Proven expertise in Enterprise Finance Applications, ERP, Finance, and Data Analytics
- Track record of successfully leading cross-functional, complex projects/programs with budgets exceeding $2M
- Highly organized, with strong management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing initiatives
- Excellent active listening skills, self-awareness, and a collaborative leadership style
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Flexible and adaptable
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

The approximate pay range for this position is between $48.00 and $69.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
