Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Little Rock, Arkansas.


Duties:

  • Perform end-to-end planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder management
  • Ensure timely delivery of all technical and administrative milestones related to upgrading and integrating Arkansas’s criminal history information systems, managing a cross-functional team, and serving as the liaison between internal parties, vendors, and other state and federal partners


Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of professional project management experience, including delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder IT or software projects
  • Proven experience working with government, public safety, or regulated environments such as criminal justice, law enforcement, etc.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycles
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and/or hybrid project management practices and tools
  • Demonstrated organizational, documentation, and schedule management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

The approximate pay range for this position starting at $125,000-135,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
