Senior Managing Director, Finance & Accounting Search at Turn2Partners

Staff Revenue Accountant – 100% Remote (East/Central Time Zones Preferred)

We are working with a growing Private Equity backed SaaS organization based in the DC area that operates remotely. They are seeking a Staff Revenue Accountant to join its fully remote accounting team. This role reports directly to the Accounting Manager and works closely with a Senior Accountant and AP Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cash reconciliations and expense report processing
• Assist with month-end close tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support the preparation of accurate financial reporting
• Learn and provide backup support for revenue recognition processes
• Collaborate with the Senior Accountant and AP Manager to ensure smooth operations
• Take on new tasks as the team evolves, demonstrating flexibility and a growth mindset

Must-Haves:

• Baseline understanding of accounting principles
• 2+ years of accounting experience (corporate accounting preferred)
• Cash reconciliation and expense reporting experience
• Prior month-end close responsibilities
• Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt, and grow within the role
• Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred (experience considered in place of degree)
