Casual Package Delivery Driver at UPS (via iHireTransportation). This role involves delivering packages in UPS brown trucks to customers, with a casual, physically active, outdoor work environment and the opportunity to work behind the wheel on fast-paced shifts.
Responsibilities
- Drive UPS routes and deliver packages great and small to customers at homes and businesses in your community and beyond.
- Be part of a casual, active crew that enjoys fast-paced work, being outdoors, and driving.
- Lift up to 70 lbs as part of delivering packages.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (no CDL required; license type varies by state).
- Pass the DOT physical.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong driving skills.
- Have the legal right to work in the U.S.
- Comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.
Full-time casual package delivery drivers work eight to ten hours per day with varying workdays (Monday - Friday) or (Tuesday - Saturday) depending on business needs.

- This is a seasonal role. A seasonal job can be a starting point at UPS and may lead to a permanent role that offers additional advantages and benefits. Permanent, full-time delivery drivers receive an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, paid time off for holidays, sick leave and option days. UPS also contributes to a defined-benefit pension plan for each employee.
