At Hargrave Family Law, we help good people navigate divorce with strategy, dignity, and compassion, minimizing destruction on the family. We’re looking for an energetic Marketing and Sales Manager who will elevate our brand, build deep community engagement, and flawlessly execute our marketing initiatives while growing our marketing and sales teams with creativity, excellence, and heart. This is a strategic departmental leadership role — but it’s also a hands-on one. You’ll bring bold ideas to life while managing the day-to-day execution across campaigns, events, client experience projects, and vendor partnerships. You’ll help turn the Owner’s vision into polished realities that connect powerfully with our ideal clientele. And you’ll guide our marketing and sales teams in acquiring and retaining clients with compassion, and our mission and core values will always be at the forefront.

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 plus bonus structure

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing and sales teams to implement campaigns, events, and client experience initiatives
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives
• Grow brand awareness and community engagement
• Translate the Owner’s vision into polished marketing and sales programs
• Ensure client acquisition and retention aligns with mission and core values

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic marketing leadership, preferably in professional services
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day execution across multiple channels
• Strong collaboration and people-management skills
