Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Run and optimize paid ads on Google and Meta.
• Research, contact, and manage influencer/YouTube partnerships.
• Help draft product tours and other marketing materials.
• Deeply understand our product and users in order to draft compelling content.
• Design and test growth experiments across channels.
• Measure and report performance (CAC, LTV, ROI).
• Share learnings and help build our growth playbook.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–8 years of growth or digital marketing experience (startup experience a plus).
• Hands-on experience running paid ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with numbers and budgets.
• Excellent communication, especially for outreach and collaboration.
• Curious, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

Nice to Have

• Experience with influencer or partnership outreach.
• Copywriting or light creative/design skills.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.).
