Job Title: HR Transformation Lead – ServiceNow HRSD

Location: Hybrid – Columbus, OH

Type: 3-Month Contract (May Extend)

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with 12+ years of experience to support the transformation and digitization of HR organizations. This role focuses on optimizing the Global Shared Services employee experience by reviewing and enhancing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery technology to build a more efficient, user-centric, and impactful HR service delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation initiatives, focusing on digitization and process optimization.
• Review and enhance ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions to improve the employee experience.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Shared Services teams to implement leading practices.
• Provide strategic guidance on HR service delivery models, governance, and employee experience improvements.
• Drive change management and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of HR experience with a strong background in transformation projects.
• Proven expertise in HR Service Delivery, HR Strategy, and ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience supporting a ServiceNow HR implementation (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to deliver impactful improvements in a complex, global environment.
