Job Title: Business Analyst – Public Sector (Onsite)

Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite only)

Type: Contract / Full-time

High priority for local candidates.

Non-local candidates with State client project experience will be considered if willing to relocate to Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for high-priority support issues.
• Serve as SME for assigned custom applications.
• Partner with technical & non-technical teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Monitor/manage backlog of open issues to meet SLAs.
• Provide analyses and insights for leadership review.
• Develop system usage materials, reports, and user guidelines.
• Manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.
• Recommend process/system improvements to improve efficiency and quality.
• 5+ years of IT experience.
• 2+ years in a lead or escalation role.
• 2+ years with Salesforce CRM.
• 2+ years with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Proven troubleshooting/problem-solving abilities.
