Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA1) with hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM and ServiceNow CSM to support our Public Sector client in Columbus, OH. The BA will serve as the primary escalation point for high-priority support issues and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for custom applications, ensuring effective collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for high-priority support issues.
• Serve as SME for assigned custom applications.
• Partner with technical & non-technical teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Monitor/manage backlog of open issues to meet SLAs.
• Provide analyses and insights for leadership review.
• Develop system usage materials, reports, and user guidelines.
• Manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.
• Recommend process/system improvements to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience.
• 2+ years in a lead or escalation role.
• 2+ years with Salesforce CRM.
• 2+ years with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Proven troubleshooting/problem-solving abilities.
