Join the #1 Furniture and Mattress Retailer, Ashley Furniture! We are growing locally and seeking talented Call Center Representatives to join our team! This is an on-site position, located in Fredericksburg, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Call center associates answer all post-delivery incoming calls, customer questions, and research / bring resolution to complex concerns while using sound judgement and following company policy. Inbound associates communicate with customers regarding delivery, damages, warranties, and determine necessary repairs that will meet the expectations of the customer and the company.
  • Communicate with guests over the phone - assess accounts, provide order and delivery status, and create warranty claims.
  • Initiate service technician work orders, parts orders, and/ or purchase orders based on findings from phone conversations.
  • Use interpersonal skills and empathy to convey meaningful customer relations, or deescalate any high intensity conversations.

  • 1-2 years of face to face customer service or call center experience (preferred)
