Key Responsibilities: Maintain the CEO’s calendar by strategically planning, coordinating, and scheduling meetings with high-level stakeholders including clients, C-suite executives, and partners. Book and manage all domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring seamless itineraries and logistics. Prepare, review, and edit executive correspondence, briefing materials, and presentations with keen attention to detail and tone. Serve as a discreet and reliable point of contact, managing communications with professionalism and judgment. Understand organizational priorities and ensure the CEO is equipped to deliver on strategic objectives. Process, reconcile, and track expense reports with accuracy and timeliness. Anticipate needs, proactively identify solutions, and adapt quickly to shifting demands in a fast-paced environment.
