Executive Assistant to CEO, Premiere Fashion Sports Licensing Group, West Palm Beach, Florida
Our client, a premiere fashion sports licensing group with well- renowned labels used in sports is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a high impact CEO and play a critical role in strategic decision-making, operations, and execution. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment, supporting a high-energy principal. Experience in the fashion industry a PLUS. s. This is a five day in the office role. The culture is very collegial and team oriented. About the Job Manage the CEO’s busy calendar and coordinate meetings Optimize the executive’s time and priorities, acting as gatekeeper Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics, including detailed itineraries Prioritize emails and craft emails on his behalf Act as the liaison to the board members; plan board meetings including all logistics and collateral materials. Handle logistics for interviews with the media Support internal and external stakeholders; ensure alignment of executives’ priorities with business goals Maintain utmost discretion and handle sensitive information professionally Ad hoc projects; some personal work Need to attend some sports events on the weekend/Sunday during the prime season (Jan-April) About You 5+ years supporting a C-suite executive in fast-paced, team-oriented environment; an interest in fashion and/or sports is highly desired; hospitality background a PLUS Proactive and anticipatory mindset – always ten steps ahead High emotional intelligence and strong judgment; able to act independently Ultra-organized and detail-oriented with great project management skills Microsoft Office Suite; tech savvy, AI tool experience a plus Strong communicator, diplomat, and relationship-builder Discreet, and trustworthy A warm engaging personality that likes to collaborate and make sure everything is done with a ‘high touch” mentality.
