Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a motivated litigation attorney who wants to be a trial lawyer based in East Texas. This position offers the opportunity to handle cases immediately, with direct mentorship from experienced trial attorneys and shareholder supervision. Manage civil litigation cases from initial consultation to trial, with support and oversight from experienced shareholders. Engage in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and preparing for and attending trial. Work closely with the firm's experienced shareholders to develop litigation strategies and refine trial skills. Participate in case strategy meetings and receive one-on-one mentorship from seasoned trial attorneys. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Job Requirements Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas. 1-5 years of litigation experience (trial experience a plus but not required). Strong desire to be a trial lawyer and develop hands-on litigation experience. Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
