School Social Worker (FMLA Coverage – Full-Time)
-Location: St. Charles, IL – Elementary School (K–5th Grade) -Dates: ASAP – December 5th, 2025 -Schedule: 8:25 AM – 3:45 PM | Onsite | 35 hours per week -Compensation: $47 – $60 per hour About the Role
We are seeking a full-time School Social Worker to provide FMLA coverage at a St. Charles elementary school. This role offers the opportunity to support students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs in both individual and group settings. Responsibilities
Provide direct social work services to students on your caseload (~25 students) Support students’ social-emotional development and crisis intervention Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff Assist with IEP meetings and documentation as needed
Qualifications
Valid PEL for School Social Work Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
