School Social Worker – Early Childhood & Elementary Location: Addison, IL 60101 Grade Level: Early Childhood & Elementary Start Date: ASAP – May 22, 2026 Schedule: Full-Time, 35 hours per week, onsite Salary Range: $58,000–$70,000 (based on experience and qualifications) About the Opportunity:

In this role, you’ll support a diverse caseload of early childhood and elementary students, providing both direct and indirect services. Provide full-time social work services (35 hours per week, onsite). Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and implement targeted interventions. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success. Advocate for students’ social-emotional and behavioral well-being. Maintain compliance with IEP requirements, including timely documentation. Participate in IEP meetings, team collaboration, and professional development. Caseload Details:

Approx. 40 students across early childhood and elementary settings. Services provided in both self-contained classrooms and resource settings. Mixed caseload with a wide range of social-emotional and behavioral needs. Qualifications:

Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work Endorsement. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Dependable, flexible, and passionate about whole-child support. Experience with early childhood and elementary populations preferred. Why Join AnthroMed Education?
