About Our Client: Addison Group is hiring for our client, a leading hospitality/events organization. They have an urgent need for additional Recruiting Coordinators to support a busy Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity to grow within HR and recruiting at a nationally recognized company.

Job Description: The Recruiting Coordinator will assist recruiters and hiring managers with all aspects of the hiring cycle. This individual will ensure interviews, onboarding, and recruiting operations are handled smoothly while creating a positive experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities: Act as a candidate point of contact, providing timely updates and information. Coordinate background checks, onboarding activities, and new hire communications. Maintain ATS data accuracy and generate recruiting activity reports. Support logistics for recruiting events and career fairs. Provide administrative support and ensure compliance with hiring policies. Assist with reporting and analytics (time-to-hire, fill rates, role tracking). Qualifications: 1–2 years of HR or recruiting support experience (recent grads with internships will be considered). Bachelor’s degree required ATS or HRIS system exposure required; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication, customer service, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Perks: Immediate start with a fast-moving team.
