Pay:

The Role As a Crew Member at Hot Chi’s downtown food hall locations, you’ll rotate between guest service, food prep, and kitchen support. With a small team, everyone plays an important part in keeping things running smoothly. What You’ll Do

Serve Guests:

Take orders with energy, accuracy, and a smile

Cook & Prep:

Fry chicken, prepare sides, and assemble plates to Hot Chi standards

Stay Organized:

Keep stations stocked, clean, and food-safe

Teamwork:

Support your crew wherever needed—FOH, BOH, or expo

Represent Hot Chi:

Bring positivity, hustle, and hospitality to every shift

What We’re Looking For

Optimistic, team-oriented attitude

Reliability—on time, ready to work

Ability to move fast and stay focused during rushes

Flexible to jump in wherever needed

Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you
