Job Description Beloform is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic
Communications Coordinator
to support internal and external communication efforts across the organization. This role will be pivotal in ensuring our messaging is consistent, professional, and aligned with our brand values. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, an organized project manager, and a proactive team player. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute internal communications to support employee engagement and information sharing.
Assist in developing and editing company newsletters, announcements, presentations, and reports.
Support the creation of communication materials for client-facing documents and events.
Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and branding across all communication channels.
Work closely with leadership and department heads to gather content and distribute updates.
Maintain and manage the communications calendar and project timelines.
Support logistics and planning for company meetings, training sessions, and special events.
Qualifications
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
