Dispatcher

to keep field operations running smoothly and efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where

no two days are the same , this is your chance to be at the center of the action, coordinating skilled field technicians across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing service projects. Position Overview As Dispatcher, you'll play a

critical role

in driving operational success by scheduling and supporting field technicians, communicating with clients, and ensuring every service request is handled with precision and care. This role is ideal for someone who's

organized, resourceful, and thrives under pressure —a true multitasker who can juggle priorities while keeping service excellence at the forefront. What You'll Do Orchestrate daily schedules

for service calls, maintenance visits, and emergency requests. Act as the

primary client contact , providing clear updates on job status and technician ETAs. Manage a

high-volume service schedule , balancing efficiency and responsiveness. Receive and process requests via phone, email, and work order systems. Ensure accurate job documentation, tracking, and invoicing details. Collaborate with service managers, technicians, and vendors to scope jobs and arrange materials. ?? What You'll Bring Prior coordination or dispatch experience in

service-based industries

(MEP, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical strongly preferred). Excellent

customer service skills

with professional, solution-oriented communication. Ability to

stay calm under pressure

while handling multiple priorities. Familiarity with

dispatch or field service management software

is a big plus. Industry knowledge (terminology, processes) or

bilingual English/Spanish
