What We’re Looking For 5+ years of sales experience (HVAC or related industry preferred)
2+ years of
leadership/management
experience
Proven record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends as needed
What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed goals
Build strong customer relationships and oversee key accounts
Develop strategies to expand our customer base and grow revenue
Support sales reps with training, tools, and mentorship
Ensure accurate proposals and smooth coordination with installation teams
Track sales metrics and provide leadership reports
