Position Overview
Shake up your season with a bartending job like no other, where the mountains are your backdrop and every shift feels like an adventure. At Mt. Hood Meadows, we're looking for high-energy, guest-focused bartenders who can deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
As a Bartender, you'll be the face behind the bar; crafting quality cocktails, pouring local brews, and connecting with guests from around the world. Whether it's serving skiers looking to unwind or firing up après vibes on the deck, you'll create memorable moments that keep people coming back.
We're seeking candidates with solid bartending experience, a strong sense of professionalism, and the flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing rhythm of mountain resort life. If you thrive in a dynamic team, love delivering great guest experiences, and want to spend your season in an iconic alpine setting, this job is for you.
This is a part- or full-time, seasonal position
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 2 years high-volume bartending experience Must be 21 years of age or older OLCC Service Permit & Oregon Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain Lift/carry up to 25 pounds Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business Available to work weekends and holidays during winter operations Compensation:
Starting Wage:
$ 17.25 hourly +Tips Perks:
