and help ensure our care teams are empowered to deliver exceptional services. About the Role As a

Centralized Scheduling Coordinator , you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining staffing schedules across multiple group homes, day programs, and service locations. You'll play a key role in ensuring adequate coverage, minimizing overtime, and supporting staff satisfaction—all while aligning with client needs and regulatory standards. What You'll Do Develop daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for DSPs, nurses, and other care staff. Coordinate appointments for medical, behavioral health, therapy, and other services. Communicate appointment details to staff, individuals served, guardians, and transportation providers. Monitor staffing levels and respond to last-minute scheduling needs. Collaborate with program managers to support person-centered scheduling. Use scheduling and EHR software to track services and staff assignments. Maintain accurate service records in compliance with Medicaid and agency guidelines. Support audits, reporting, and quality assurance activities. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's degree 1–2 years of experience in scheduling, administrative support, or care coordination Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/EHR software Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality standards Preferred: Experience in IDD services, behavioral health, or human services Familiarity with Medicaid billing and documentation standards Knowledge of electronic health records (e.g., Therap, Foothold AWARDS) Core Competencies: Excellent time-management and attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure Commitment to person-centered care Work Environment Hybrid role: Minimum 3 days in-office Occasional travel (up to 10%) to residential and day sites On-call rotation for after-hours scheduling support
