? About the Role: APM Medical Affairs
team is seeking a detail-oriented
Analyst I – Customer Contract Administration
to provide
administrative and contracting support . This role is critical in managing
invoices, contracts, RFAs, and committee logistics
while ensuring compliance and accuracy. You will work cross-functionally with
Medical Affairs, Compliance, and external stakeholders , directly contributing to the mission of advancing medical innovation and operational excellence.
? 3 Must-Have Skills (Highlighted for Selection)
1️⃣
Proven Administrative & Contracting Support Experience Hands-on experience with
invoice tracking, contract lifecycle management, compliance documentation (RFAs) , and committee coordination.
2️⃣
Advanced Microsoft Office Proficiency Excel:
Data tracking, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting. PowerPoint:
Creating executive-ready slides using templates. Outlook:
Calendar management and scheduling across time zones. Word:
Document formatting and compliance support.
3️⃣
Strong Attention to Detail & Communication Skills Accuracy in
data entry, reporting, and documentation . Clear communication with
cross-functional teams . Proven ability to
summarize meetings into concise materials .
? Key Responsibilities Manage and track
all global departmental invoice payments , ensuring reporting accuracy. Track and maintain
Global ISS monitoring equipment invoices and records . Handle
Request for Authorizations (RFAs)
in compliance with standards. Support contract lifecycle management by updating reports and tracking contract statuses. Manage schedules and calendars for
ISS Executive Committee & Grant Awarding Committee . Create
accurate PowerPoint reference slides
for committee meetings. Assist in planning
off-site department meetings
and provide logistical support for consulting agreements. Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and document management.
? Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required . 2+ years of relevant experience
in administrative, contracting, or finance support.
✨ Skills & Competencies Strong
computer proficiency (MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) . Excellent
written and verbal communication skills . Strong
attention to detail and organizational skills . Ability to manage
cross-functional communications
across departments and with external contacts. Problem-solving mindset with ability to work under strict deadlines. Knowledge of
policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
