Position: Contract Administrator Location:

Irvine CA Duration: 12 months+ Contract with high possibility of extension!!!

Pay rate: $35/hr on W2

Note: ONSITE

role Work schedule:

Monday- Friday (40 hours/ week)

JOB DESCRIPTION: H.S. Diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience of previous related experience required

1. Proven Administrative and Contracting Support Experience Why it matters: The role centers around managing invoices, contracts, RFAs, and committee logistics. Demonstrating hands-on experience in these areas is essential. What to include on the resume: Experience with invoice tracking and reporting Familiarity with contract lifecycle management Exposure to compliance documentation (e.g., RFAs) Calendar and meeting coordination for executive-level committees

2. Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Why it matters: The job requires creating accurate PowerPoint slides, managing Excel tracking sheets, and handling Outlook calendars. What to include on the resume: Excel: Data tracking, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting PowerPoint: Slide creation using templates, summarizing meeting content Outlook: Calendar management, scheduling across time zones Word: Document formatting and compliance support

3. Strong Attention to Detail and Communication Skills Why it matters: Accuracy in data entry, reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders is critical. What to include on the resume: Examples of error-free data entry or reporting Experience communicating with cross-functional teams Ability to summarize meetings and create reference materials Mention of interpersonal skills and working across departments
