We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative / Account Manager to join our manufacturing team in Greensboro, NC. This position is 100% in person — no remote work.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the main point of contact for customer accounts
Manage orders, inquiries, and follow-ups with accuracy and professionalism
Coordinate with production and logistics for on-time delivery
Maintain detailed customer records and build strong client relationships
What We're Looking For:
Manufacturing experience required (only candidates with prior manufacturing industry experience will be considered)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts at once
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
Must be based in Greensboro, NC, and able to work full-time on site
