Executive Assistant
to provide high-level support to the President. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex priorities, sensitive information, and executive-level interactions with discretion and professionalism. NW Houston, TX - Onsite Type of Position:
Direct Hire Responsibilities: Proactively manage the President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating internal teams, and planning client interactions. Arrange complex domestic travel plans, itineraries, and logistics. Screen, prioritize, and respond to incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Prepare polished presentations, reports, proposals, and other executive-level documents. Draft, edit, and format content across PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other platforms. Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Act as a professional representative of the President in communications with clients, executives, and stakeholders. Coordinate leadership meetings, board sessions, and client events. Support the development of client-facing materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a professional standard. Assist with strategic initiatives, business development efforts, and company-wide communications. Conduct research and prepare executive briefings or background materials as needed. Track progress on special assignments, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, construction industry experience required. Demonstrated ability to support senior-level executives with professionalism and discretion. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), with strong skills in content creation and formatting. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Professional demeanor with the ability to build strong relationships with executives, clients, and team members. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, but not required.
