Construction Paralegal (Transactional)

to join their Miami office. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-performing Real Estate–Construction practice group that handles sophisticated transactional matters.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment. With strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to anticipate attorney and client needs, this professional will provide essential support on complex real estate and construction transactions. A collaborative mindset and commitment to accuracy and efficiency are critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities Support attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing real estate and construction-related contracts and agreements. Assist with due diligence, including review and organization of transaction documents. Coordinate closings, manage checklists, and prepare closing binders. Research, analyze, and organize information relevant to real estate and construction transactions. Prepare summaries, reports, and documentation to ensure smooth transaction execution.

Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of paralegal experience in real estate and/or construction transactions within a mid-to-large law firm. Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Paralegal Certification required. Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Pro, and Windows-based platforms; Filesite experience a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
