licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
to lead and expand their
municipal water and wastewater engineering
presence in Denver, Colorado This is a high-impact,
seller-doer leadership role
blending project management excellence with business development and technical delivery, under a
100% employee-owned
firm.
Responsibilities Lead and manage
water and wastewater infrastructure projects
from planning through construction Deliver high-quality engineering for systems including
water treatment, distribution, wastewater collection
, and
treatment processes Collaborate with
clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
to define project goals, budgets, and technical strategies Oversee and review technical deliverables: reports, specs, designs, and permitting documentation Conduct
site assessments
and provide construction guidance Ensure projects meet or exceed
quality, budget, and schedule expectations Identify new business opportunities and support proposal development Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team culture
Qualifications Required: B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering (ABET-accredited) Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
in Colorado, or ability to obtain within 6 months 10+ years
of water/wastewater engineering experience Strong technical background in design and construction oversight Proficiency with
hydraulic modelling, CAD, and project management tools Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred: Deep understanding of
treatment, distribution, and collection systems Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and multiple projects simultaneously

Salary Range: $150,000 – $170,000 DOE
