Heating and Cooling Supply LLC is hiring: Driver / Warehouse Associate in Mesa

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 24 months of verifiable experience driving a 16’ minimum box truck or stake bed truck.
• Ability to multi-task and work within daily deadlines.
• Knowledge of common carrier (LTL) and full truckload logistics.
• Effective communication skills with customers and providing superior service.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proven commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• CDL Class B license preferred (except when required in certain states).
• 6 months warehouse experience including forklift operation preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC and truckload logistics is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Work Schedule :

Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday work. Extra hours may be required.

The role involves procuring, processing, dispatching, and delivering products to customers and vendors for our wholesale HVAC distributorships.

Responsibilities :

• Represent GEMAIRE as an industry leader.
• Load and unload products daily.
• Deliver HVAC freight and materials to customers.
• Receive, inspect, and stock merchandise.
• Verify received items against orders for accuracy.
• Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to the Sales Center Manager.
• Maintain daily truck and forklift checklist and report in/out times.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Assist with inventory control and physical counts.
• Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and requisitions.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
