Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 24 months of verifiable experience driving a 16’ minimum box truck or stake bed truck.
- Ability to multi-task and work within daily deadlines.
- Knowledge of common carrier (LTL) and full truckload logistics.
- Effective communication skills with customers and providing superior service.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Proven commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- CDL Class B license preferred (except when required in certain states).
- 6 months warehouse experience including forklift operation preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC and truckload logistics is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Work Schedule :
Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday work. Extra hours may be required.

Looking for a dynamic, fast-paced environment in the HVAC industry? The Driver / Warehouse Associate manages warehouse inventory and delivers HVAC freight and materials. The role involves procuring, processing, dispatching, and delivering products to customers and vendors for our wholesale HVAC distributorships.
Responsibilities :
- Represent GEMAIRE as an industry leader.
- Load and unload products daily.
- Deliver HVAC freight and materials to customers.
- Receive, inspect, and stock merchandise.
- Verify received items against orders for accuracy.
- Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Collect invoices with signatures and return to the Sales Center Manager.
- Maintain daily truck and forklift checklist and report in/out times.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Assist with inventory control and physical counts.
- Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and requisitions.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
