Opportunity:

RAD Tech - Interventional Rad Tech

Job Details:

• Work first shift with call, staggered start time between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM for 8 hours per day Monday through Friday

• Weekend and evening/night call rotation required with primary and backup call responsibilities

• 13-week contract assignments available

• Daily caseload of 13-17 cases

• Handle both neuro procedures (including stroke intervention) and body procedures

• Perform all IR procedures including stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephograms, kyphoplasty, peripherals, biopsies, drainages, and neurological studies

• Work with Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment (required experience)

• Minimum 1 year of scrub experience required, with neuro scrub experience essential

• Travel experience required - first time travelers not accepted

• Required certifications: BLS and ARRT

• Advanced ARRT certification preferred

• Experience with PACS and contrast required

• Epic and Visage experience preferred

• Scrubs provided

• Hospital orientation during first week with mandatory daily class attendance

• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays

• Cannot work more than 5 consecutive days or 60 hours per week

• 8-10 hours of non-billable modules required pre-start and annually
