MRI Tech - MRI Tech

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts Thursday through Saturday from 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM

• 36 hours per week guaranteed

• Work independently on 3rd shift in MRI department with occasional operations assistant support

• Handle daily caseload of 40 patients across 3 MRI rooms

• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience required

• First-time travelers accepted

• Must be competent on both Siemens (Avanto and Sola) and GE Premier equipment

• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT(R) or ARRT(MR)

• Experience required in multiple MRI procedures including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal imaging

• Must have experience with contrast administration and PACS systems

• Work with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations

• Utilize EPIC charting system and Visage PACS

• One week orientation on first shift, then assessed for independence

• No call requirements or floating requirements

• Royal blue scrubs required (tops and bottoms)

• Must complete 8-10 hours of non-billable modules pre-start

• Cannot work more than 5 days in a row or 60 hours per week per fatigue policy

• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
