Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts Friday through Sunday from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM

• 36 hours per week with contracts available for 13-20 weeks

• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays regardless of regular schedule

• Minimum 5 years of experience required with travel experience mandatory

• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT with CT registration specifically

• Experience required in inpatient, ER, and adult ICU settings

• Must be proficient with IV starts, PACS, contrast administration

• CT procedure experience required: abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, CTAs

• Siemens scanner experience required

• Epic and Visage PACS system experience required

• Must bring own dosimeter to assignment

• Royal blue scrubs required

• Perform approximately 200 exams daily across 4 CT rooms

• Treat patients of all ages from walking patients to acute cases in busy 80+ bed emergency department

• No call or float requirements

• 40-hour orientation at CT supervisor's discretion

• Must complete 8-10 hours of non-billable modules pre-start

• Interview required before offer consideration

Facility:

This medical center features a comprehensive emergency department with over 80 beds serving a high volume of patients daily. The CT department operates 4 scanner rooms and performs approximately 200 exams per day, utilizing advanced Siemens equipment and modern PACS systems. The facility provides care for patients of all ages and acuity levels, from routine outpatient procedures to Level I trauma cases, making it an excellent environment for experienced CT technologists to enhance their skills.
