As a Warehouse Clerk, you'll be the backbone of our construction projects, expertly managing and tracking all materials, tools, and supplies. Your keen eye for organization and efficient handling ensures our teams have exactly what they need, precisely when they need it, keeping projects on schedule and under budget. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming deliveries of construction materials, tools, and equipment. Organize and maintain all warehouse inventory in strict adherence to safety protocols and efficiency standards, ensuring optimal material flow and a secure working environment. Ensure the proper and secure storage of all construction materials, tools, and equipment to prevent damage, minimize loss, and facilitate quick and easy retrieval for construction teams. Manage the systematic issuance and return of all construction tools and materials to site personnel and project teams. Perform regular and accurate counts of all construction materials, tools, and equipment, promptly reporting any discrepancies or variances to management. Prepare all necessary construction materials and equipment for outbound deliveries or pickups, diligently coordinating logistics with site teams. Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and safe working environment. Safely and proficiently operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Provide support with basic administrative tasks. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or construction materials handling experience preferred. Computer Skills (MS Office, Inventory systems). Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Good organization skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and part of a team. Forklift Certification. Qualifications: Work environment is a warehouse environment with some outdoor exposure. Must wear appropriate safety gear (PPE) as required. May involve occasional travel to construction sites.
