RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Tele Float Pool

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• 36 guaranteed weekly hours working 3x12 shifts
• Every other weekend and holiday requirement
• No on-call requirements
• Float pool position requiring ability to work on multiple units
• Patient ratio averages 1:7
• Must have 2 years of Cardiac Telemetry Medical Surgical experience
• EPIC experience required (minimum 6 months)
• Previous travel experience required (2-3 travel assignments of at least 13 weeks each)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA only), NIH
• Virginia State License or Compact license required
• Navy blue scrubs required following facility dress code policy
• 5 days RTO pre-approved with requirement to make up hours
• One holiday off permitted
• No block scheduling available
• 26-week contract assignment
• Must be qualified with all required experience and willing to work within 50-mile radius

This 495-bed healthcare facility serves as a Level II Trauma Center and has earned an "A" grade in Patient Safety for nine consecutive years. The facility features at least 30 beds per unit and utilizes EPIC electronic medical records system. The organization provides comprehensive acute care services with a focus on medical surgical and cardiac telemetry units, maintaining high standards for patient safety and care quality.
