Paralegal - REIT

A publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust is expanding their legal team and hiring a Corporate Paralegal. This company leases properties to some of the largest global entertainment and hospitality companies today. In this role you'd get the opportunity to collaborate with different teams across the business, work with external business partners, and support internal stakeholders. Responsibilities: Provide any and all support for the legal team Including preparing written materials, reviewing documents, assisting in litigation matters, providing risk and compliance advice Assist with corporate governance matters Availability to assist team with any corporate and legal issues Draft and review real estate and leasing documents Support the company's Legal and Risk departments Requirements: Corporate paralegal experience Paralegal degree from accredited university Exceptional written and communication skills Ability to draft and review contracts and any needed corporate documents independently Keen organization skills 4 days a week in Reading, PA office If of interest, please don't hesitate to apply!
