Available Positions:
Transactional Paralegal - Acquisitions & Dispositions Support attorneys and deal teams in the full lifecycle of commercial property transactions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing complex documentation and closing processes.
Key Responsibilities: Draft and review purchase and sale agreements, closing checklists, and related documents Coordinate due diligence, title and survey reviews Assist with entity formation and corporate governance Manage closing logistics and post-closing documentation
Leasing Paralegal - Commercial Leasing Focus Work closely with legal counsel and leasing teams to support retail, office, and industrial lease negotiations. This role suits someone with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for lease language.
Key Responsibilities: Draft and revise lease agreements, amendments, and related documents Track lease terms, renewals, and critical dates Liaise with landlords, tenants, and brokers Maintain lease databases and ensure compliance with internal standards
Qualifications (for both roles) : Minimum 6 years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate Strong understanding of legal terminology and documentation Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
