Anasa Counseling is a private therapy practice dedicated to helping individuals build healthier relationships, manage anxiety, heal from trauma, and navigate life transitions. Our approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered—we believe in creating a supportive space where clients can grow, heal, and thrive.
We are expanding our team and are seeking a
licensed mental health professional
who is passionate about providing high-quality care and enjoys working with motivated clients in a private practice setting. Responsibilities •Provide individual psychotherapy to clients (in-person and/or telehealth) •Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation •Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and monitor progress •Maintain ethical and professional standards in line with licensure requirements •Participate in case consultation and practice meetings as needed Qualifications •Active licensure in the state of Florida as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT (required) •Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field •Experience working with individuals dealing with anxiety, relationships, trauma, eating disorders, or life transitions preferred •Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently •Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills What We Offer •Flexible scheduling with opportunities for remote and in-person sessions •Competitive compensation (1099 contractor position) •Administrative support (billing, scheduling, marketing, referrals provided) •A steady stream of motivated, self-pay and insurance-based clients •A supportive, collaborative practice culture that values both clinical excellence and clinician well-being How to Apply If you are passionate about helping clients grow, heal, and live their best lives, we'd love to hear from you!
