Tigard, Oregon Key Responsibilities: Review and validate employee time entries; work with supervisors to address discrepancies. Process payroll for salaried, hourly, and commissioned staff across various states. Ensure proper calculation of taxes, deductions, and garnishments. Support payroll account reconciliations and resolve issues as needed. Respond to payroll-related employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Administer garnishments and coordinate with appropriate agencies. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations; manage tax accounts and filings. Handle payroll reporting and support for specific business units. Generate required payroll reports and process employment verifications. Liaise with tax authorities to address and resolve payroll tax matters. Qualifications and Requirements: Prior experience with multi-state payroll and garnishment handling. Familiarity with automated timekeeping and HCM systems (Ceridian/Dayforce or Workday preferred). Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability.
