Position Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compensation & HR Digital Analyst to join our Compensation & Benefits team. In this role, you will support key global compensation initiatives, provide data-driven insights, and help maintain scalable compensation frameworks. You will also play a critical role in ensuring headcount, salary, and personnel cost planning align with business goals and budget targets. This position partners closely with HR, Finance, and regional teams to support our evolving compensation practices and ongoing digital transformation efforts.

Position Responsibilities Conduct market research and benchmarking using compensation surveys and internal data to support competitiveness and pay positioning Analyze internal and external pay trends to identify insights to support decision-making and pay-for-performance alignment Support the maintenance of job architecture frameworks and leveling structures across functions and regions Assist in managing the annual compensation review process, including salary reviews, bonus planning, and promotions Support personnel cost forecasting and annual budgeting Monitor, analyze, and report on actual personnel costs to ensure alignment with budget assumptions and identify variances Assist in the review and validation of incentive payouts to ensure accuracy and alignment with plan design Serve as US payroll backup, providing support during key payroll cycles and assisting with data reviews and audits. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis Ensure compensation practices comply with legal requirements and company policies Drive end-to-end HRIS audit processes with full ownership for ensuring data integrity, optimizing system accuracy, and identifying strategic opportunities for process and workflow enhancement Assist with ongoing HR digital transformations, including process optimization and system enhancements related to compensation and benefits. Adhoc compensation & benefits projects

Position Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Accounting 5+ years of experience in compensation, HR controlling, HR Analytics, or related functions; retail experience a plus. Experience in compensation, payroll, benefits, and personnel cost control is strongly preferred Strong data analysis and Excel skills; experience with BI tools or compensation systems is a plus Familiarity with compensation surveys and benchmarking methodologies Excellent attention to detail and strong sense of data accuracy and integrity Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) Strong communication and collaboration skills Exceptional time management, organizational, and follow-through skills. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Proven ability to work independently with sound judgment, knowing when to escalate issues appropriately
