Stockworth Studios is a creative production company dedicated to storytelling, innovation, and delivering high-quality media that inspires and engages. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Owners of Stockworth Studios and ensure the smooth flow of daily operations.

Description: The Administrative Assistant will be the organizational backbone of Stockworth Studios, supporting leadership with communication, scheduling, and office management. This role also includes client hospitality, helping us maintain a professional yet welcoming environment for our clients, creative partners, and team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Owners, including scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
  • Manage communication and correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Oversee office management needs, including supplies, organization, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in creating a welcoming studio environment by handling client hospitality and preparing meeting spaces.
  • Support coordination of production schedules, events, and special projects.
  • Maintain records, documents, and files with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Anticipate needs and contribute solutions that improve efficiency and productivity across the studio.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an administrative or executive assistant preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional presence with a creative, client-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with project management tools a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, creative environment.
