This is a FIRST SHIFT Position 6-4 M-F The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while meeting production goals. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead employees in order to motivate; foster open, honest and candid communication; and determine strengths and weaknesses.
