Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Specialist to join our HR team in Taylor, Texas. This role is essential in supporting our recruitment and onboarding efforts by coordinating interview logistics, managing pre-employment processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from offer acceptance to the first day of employment.
You will collaborate closely with recruiters, candidates, and internal stakeholders to drive an efficient and compliant hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, including travel and expense reimbursement logistics
- Assist candidates with travel arrangements and required documentation (e.g., credit card authorization and reimbursement forms)
- Communicate with interview teams to resolve scheduling conflicts
- Prepare interview packets and debrief materials
- Greet and host candidates, ensuring a professional and seamless interview day experience
- Manage the distribution and completion of offer and onboarding documents
- Track onboarding tasks and requirements in the HR system (Workday preferred)
- Ensure timely and accurate completion and filing of all required documents
- Serve as a point of contact for candidate inquiries and technical support (e.g., DocuSign issues)
- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams on various pre-hire activities
- Provide additional support as needed to ensure hiring success
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR support roles
- Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday preferred
- Familiarity with pre-boarding and onboarding processes
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High level of integrity, work ethic, and accountability
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED – Required
- Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field – Preferred
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
