Paralegal
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Paralegal
to join our corporate legal team.
Key Responsibilities Lease & Document Administration Prepare and draft initial documents (e.g., leases, amendments, assignments, renewals, event agreements, etc.). Manage new lease intake, lease flow posts, and abstract coordination Draft and track renewal acknowledgement letters, non-renewal letters, renewal amendments, and delivery/commencement letters Prepare and review landlord lien subordinations, file and maintain signed agreements, default letters, and co-tenancy chart updates Coordinate survey follow-ups and amendments Manage document signing processes for lease-related agreement Provide back-up support for landlord lien subordination processes
Research & Legal Support Conduct legal and property research projects as needed to support development and property management Support construction coordination with legal review of agreements and notices
Systems & Technology Manage and troubleshoot SharePoint project sites, including set-up, maintenance, and back-up support Maintain prohibited & exclusive use charts, co-tenancy charts, and related property
Communication & Coordination Draft correspondence, including renewal letters, default notices, and legal acknowledgements Collaborate closely with the property management, leasing, construction, and development teams to ensure timely and accurate legal support Serve as a point of contact for document flow, accuracy, and execution
Qualifications Bachelor?s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred Previous paralegal experience, preferably in commercial real estate, retail development, or property management leasing Strong understanding of lease administration, amendments, and real estate transaction documents Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple projects Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives, property managers, and outside counsel
