?? Maintenance Manager – Tier One Automotive Manufacturing
We're looking for a
skilled and strategic Maintenance Manager
to lead maintenance operations across
Robotic Welding, Metal Stamping, Ecoat, and Facilities
in a
high-volume Tier One Automotive Manufacturing environment This is a leadership role where you'll ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and drive
continuous improvement initiatives
that support safety, quality, and production goals. ?? What You'll Do Lead preventive & predictive maintenance programs for robotic welding cells, stamping presses, Ecoat lines, and facilities. Champion
safety-first culture
with training, audits, and proactive risk mitigation. Manage troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for
PLC, robotics, electrical, and mechanical systems Oversee facility systems (HVAC, compressed air, lighting, building infrastructure). Drive continuous improvement in uptime, energy efficiency, and cost control. Build and lead a
high-performing maintenance team , mentoring and developing future leaders. Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality on new product launches and process changes. Manage budgets, inventory, KPIs, and vendor relationships to keep operations running smoothly. ?? What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Industrial Technology , or equivalent experience. 5–7 years of maintenance leadership
in automotive manufacturing. Strong knowledge of robotic welding systems (Yaskawa, FANUC), stamping presses (Komatsu), Ecoat processes, and facility management. Skilled in
Plex ERP, Excel, lean manufacturing , and troubleshooting across PLC/robotics/electrical/mechanical systems. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. ?? Why Join Us? Lead cutting-edge maintenance operations in a
