Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and processes; prepare merchandise for the sales floor following standards.
• Assist with store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives; participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction efforts and other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Possesses excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors; retail customer experience is preferred.

Pay

This position has a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
