What You'll Actually Do

• Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, investigate variances, and manage E&O reserves within compliance
• Partner with operations and supply chain to reduce inventory risk and improve turnover
• Maintain the fixed asset register, track capital projects/AUC, and ensure accurate capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals
• Support physical asset verification and ensure compliance with capitalization policies and audit requirements
• Support month-end and year-end reconciliations and close activities for inventory and fixed asset GL accounts
• Assist with financial reporting, internal controls, and company policies

To Be Successful in This Role

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience; manufacturing, inventory, or cost accounting a plus
• Hands-on experience with fixed assets and project accounting
• Proficient in Excel and large ERP systems
• Collaborative mindset: able to lead and partner with inventory managers, purchasers, and other departments
• Self-starter with a “go-getter” attitude and dynamic energy

Where and How Much

• Target Compensation $75K - $95K depending on relevant experience
• 4 days in office — Wheat Ridge, CO
