We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our New York team.

The Opportunity:

We are a luxury home and carpet store seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for developing and optimizing multi-channel customer journeys to drive engagement, retention, and revenue throughout the customer lifecycle. This role will own the strategy and execution of programs across email, SMS, direct mail, and other channels, using data-driven insights to deliver personalized experiences at scale. They should be comfortable implementing brand strategies, marketing plans, and project management for all marketing initiatives, and working cross-functionally to execute these strategies. This is a full-time position in office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strong email and SMS campaigns to acquire and retain customers across our product portfolio
  • Spearhead all new marketing product launches to drive repeat and new revenue
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
  • Analyze and report on brand performance across channels, including but not limited to: direct mail, email, SMS
  • Monitor market and consumer trends within the interior design and home space
  • Project management for all marketing projects, serving as the glue between dev, merchandising, and ecomm teams

Qualifications

  • 3-6+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing, preferably in a direct-to-consumer or ecommerce environment.
  • Proven success managing customer journeys and automated campaigns across digital channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with large datasets and drawing actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for creative and brand voice.
  • Passionate about customer experience, personalization, and performance marketing.
  • Experience in home furnishings or interior design is preferred but not required
  • Experience working in: Klaviyo, Attentive, Google Analytics, Shopify, Asana a plus.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
