We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Manager to oversee the implementation of global direct mail, print, and consumer advertising campaigns. This role ensures the timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials while maintaining brand integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute domestic direct mail, print advertising, and brochures from creative brief to final production, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Develop promotional briefs and collaborate with leadership to meet business and marketing objectives.
  • Manage projects through Workfront, creating detailed schedules and aligning all teams on key milestones.
  • Supervise and mentor Marketing Specialist and Traffic Coordinator to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy of pricing, offers, itineraries, and overall content.
  • Coordinate with graphics, production, revenue management, and database teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Approve print-ready files, maintain sample files, and continually work to optimize campaign performance and reduce costs.
  • Assist with consumer advertising, QR code creation, ad placement, and related administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or printed collateral production.
  • Superior attention to detail with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Workfront or similar project management tools is a plus.
  • Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
