We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our growing team in the apparel manufacturing sector. This role is key to supporting our workforce, ensuring compliance, and driving HR initiatives that align with company objectives. The HR Coordinator will serve as a bridge between employees and management, fostering a positive workplace culture while handling day-to-day HR operations.

The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment efforts: job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with payroll, time & attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ISO standards.
• Provide support in employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Prepare HR reports and support audits when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS/ERP systems a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
