Must Haves :

• Strong employee relations experience including investigations and coaching
• 2+ years as an HRBP
• 7+ years of HR experience
• Healthcare

Job Summary/Description:

• Handle employee relations including coaching managers and handling investigations.
• Act as first point of contact for employee relations related issues.
• Work with leaders to implement performance management processes.
• Act as consultant to HR and leadership teams regarding policy and procedure guidance and compliance.
• Work collaboratively with HR team members and front line management.
• Escalate any HR issues as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong employee relations experience including investigations and coaching
• Understanding of HR laws and regulations
